The Goat Parade
If you visit Flint Hill Farm in the late afternoon, there's a good chance you'll see our daily goat parade. The girls love to come in from the fields for dinner! You can see them doing just that on You Tube, right here.
Good Shepherd/Flint Hill Farm collaborative relationship
Visit our website at http://www.flinthill-farm.org/. We at Flint Hill Farm Educational Center, Inc. want to welcome the staff and clients from Good Shepherd. This relationship has been a long time in the planning. Flint Hill Farm Educational Center was donated a 30X50 high tunnel last year by Just Born Corp,Bethlehem, PA. The Educational Center just received a grant to complete the High Tunnel and build wheelchair accessible paths from the main barn to the high tunnel. We anticipate the construction to begin in July and be completed by August 2010. This would allow the Educational Center to expand to serve a broader spectrum of our community. Thanks to all our volunteer staff and board members!
Welcome to Flint Hill Farm Educational Center, Inc, a 28 acre agro-educational facility located in Coopersburg, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. We offer age- and grade-appropriate educational experiences for students from pre-K through the University level. Local groups, churches, scouts, homeschooling students find a unique opportunity to connect farm to family though tours, classes or special events.
The Educational Center is located on a Preserved Farm and supports the efforts of our community to be good stewards of our water, air and soil resources.
